Chris Sabis Appointed to the Metropolitan Nashville Board of Ethical Conduct

Firm member Chris Sabis has been appointed to the Metropolitan Nashville Board of Ethical Conduct by the Nashville Bar Association. Chris will serve a three-year term with the Board.
The Board of Ethical Conduct receives and considers complaints that allege a violation of the standards of conduct by a Metropolitan Government elected official or member of a Metropolitan board or commission. The Board has authority to make various recommendations in response to a complaint, and also has authority to render advisory opinions at the request of persons under its jurisdiction at any time.
Chris Sabis concentrates his practice in government investigations, litigation, white collar litigation, and alternative dispute resolution. Much of his work involves fraud and abuse matters, with particularly extensive experience defending and mediating False Claims Act (FCA) cases involving allegations of healthcare and procurement fraud. He defends a wide range of clients in white-collar fraud investigations, commercial litigation, and government investigations.
