Sherrard Roe Transactions Named Finalists in the Nashville Business Journal’s Best Real Estate Deals Awards

August 20, 2026   |   Aimee Moore

Sherrard Roe is delighted to announce that two transactions involving real estate attorneys Mark Carver and Trey Catanzaro have been named finalists in the Nashville Business Journal’s inaugural Best Real Estate Deals Awards. The awards celebrate the transactions and developments shaping Middle Tennessee’s commercial real estate landscape in 2025-2026 and recognize the stakeholders and dealmakers driving the region’s most significant projects.

The firm’s recognized deals include:

Plaza Mariachi sale, lease back
Plaza Mariachi provides a blend of culture, art, music, entertainment, food, and retail with decor in the style of traditional marketplace streets from old Mexico and celebrating Latin culture. Our client subdivided the development, sold a portion to an investor group, and leased back the central entertainment and food facilities.  The transaction preserved the spirit of a Nashville community treasure.

NorthPark Logistics: Project Titan
Hamilton Development created a first of its kind industrial distribution park in Clarksville. NorthPark has quickly filled with class A industrial buildings and tenants, creating jobs and business opportunities new to this market.

These transactions highlight the expertise, collaboration, and dedication Sherrard Roe’s real estate team brings to clients throughout the region. Congratulations to our brokers, clients, and project partners on this well-deserved recognition, and to all of this year’s finalists.
