Sherrard Roe Voigt & Harbison, PLC, is pleased to announce their sponsorship of Lunch With the Judges – Business Litigation Case Management Challenges and Best Practices in conjunction with The Vanderbilt Law and Business Program, Bass Berry & Sims’ Litigation & Dispute Resolution Practice Group and the Nashville Bar Association.

“This will be a great opportunity for Nashville litigators and Vanderbilt students to hear from Tennessee and Delaware state court judges as well as a federal appellate judge on the most up-to-date best practices for business litigants” says Will Pugh, Sherrard Roe Voigt & Harbison attorney and former Delaware Court of Chancery clerk.

The event will be held on Thursday, February 15, 2024 from 12:30 – 1:30 PM CT at Vanderbilt Law School’s Flynn Auditorium. The program will also be presented remotely via Zoom for those who cannot attend in person.
