Sherrard Roe Voigt & Harbison Names New Member

Sherrard Roe Voigt & Harbison is pleased to announce Talley K. Wood has been elevated to member. Her practice encompasses a broad range of commercial transactions with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, debt and equity financings, corporate governance, corporate finance, and real estate development transactions. Talley’s clients span a range of industries, including health care, hospitality, financial services, music technology and cataloging, manufacturing, and e-commerce and retail.

Before joining the firm as an associate in 2018, Talley was an associate at Bass, Berry & Sims in Nashville.

Talley earned her law degree from Duke University Law School. While in law school, she was a member of the Women’s Law Society and Business Law Society and the managing editor of the Duke Journal of Gender Law and Policy. Talley graduated summa cum laude from Wake Forest University where she was inducted into Phi Beta Kappa.
