Trey Catanzaro practices primarily in the areas of finance, real estate, and corporate law. He counsels banks and financial institutions, real estate developers and investors, and private companies in commercial lending, real estate and general corporate transactions, and governance.
In his pro bono practice, Trey has assisted nonprofits in corporate governance matters, counseled survivors of human trafficking in securing forms of relief, and assisted with conservation efforts on critical wildlife habitats.
Trey earned his law degree from the Ohio State University College of Law, where he graduated magna cum laude, was a member of the Order of the Coif, and Senior Associate Editor of the Ohio State Journal of Criminal Law. He graduated with his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, cum laude, from the College of Charleston.
A native of Chattanooga, Trey returned to Tennessee from Irvine, California where he practiced at Jones Day in their real estate practice group.
