Erica Gray is a member of the firm’s corporate and healthcare law practice groups, focusing on business transactions, corporate governance and operations, and healthcare regulatory and compliance matters.
She advises clients in various healthcare and non-healthcare industries, assisting in the completion of a wide array of commercial transactions – including mergers and acquisitions, capital markets transactions, and securities regulations matters and filings – and advising on numerous types of business and regulatory items – including with respect to healthcare operational issues, private equity relationships and professional licensing. Prior to joining the firm, Erica was an associate in the Corporate and Securities group at Bass, Berry & Sims, PLC.
Erica earned her law degree from the University of Notre Dame Law School, where she served on the editorial board of the Journal of International and Comparative Law. She graduated with her Bachelor of Arts in Asian Languages and Cultures with a concentration in Chinese, from the University of Michigan.
