Sherrard Roe Voigt & Harbison member Scott Fielding has been appointed vice chair of the Office Leasing Committee within the American Bar Association’s Real Property, Trust and Estate Law Section. Effective September 1, 2022, he will serve during the 2022-2023 bar year. A longtime member of the RPTE section, Fielding previously served as vice chair of the Office Leasing Committee from 2013-2016.

Fielding’s practice comprises real estate law, acquisition and development, title insurance, office, medical office and retail leasing, condominium and condominium association law, commercial lending (representing both borrowers and lenders), and general corporate transactions. Dedicated to educating law students, he teaches a class on Property Law at The Nashville School of Law.
