On October 20, 2016, Carla Lovell presented “The Intersection of Family Law and Estate Planning” at the 2016 Probate & Estate Planning Conference for Tennessee Attorneys presented by M. Lee Smith Publishers.  Ms. Lovell will present the topic again at the Conference’s second session on December 9, 2016.  Ms. Lovell first presented at the Probate & Estate Planning Conference for Tennessee Attorneys in 2009 and has presented on various topics in the intervening years.
