Sherrard Roe Voigt & Harbison is pleased to announce that associate Laurel A. Newman has been selected as a 2023 Fall Class Young Leaders Council participant. The immersive 11-week training program targets emerging leaders in the Nashville community. Young professionals graduate from the program with the skills to effectively serve on the boards of local nonprofit agencies. Participants in this vital leadership program represent various corporate, civic, and volunteer backgrounds.

Laurel advises families, individuals, and businesses in tax and estate planning matters. She provides comprehensive, tailored estate planning to high and mid-net-worth clients. Laurel also helps families draft special needs plans, handles probate administration, devises business succession plans, and assists nonprofit organizations with formation and tax-exempt status applications.
